We strongly believe that there are times when every business need a little extra support, whether it’s reviewing current operations, looking at the next stage of business growth or in some cases, working out how to turn your business around. With a wealth of international experience across a variety of sectors and business disciplines, particularly in the Middle East and Africa, we will always deliver value. We are practical people that give practical advice. In addition to providing core consultancy services such as economic and organisational analysis reports, we like to work side by side with our clients; active, on-ground, and in real-time.
Past projects have been varied, to say the least; from full immersion in a gulf retail operation, new industry business plan development and brief writing, to supporting new market entry for European businesses interested in the Middle East and North Africa.

Our People
Konsult Ltd. services are delivered by our two dedicated Principles, Fayez Khalaf and Jordana Fawaz, with support from key partners and experts, where necessary.
Fayez Khalaf
Fayez Khalaf is a mechanical engineer by training with a masters in Construction Economics from UCL in London. He has worked in both the Middle East and Africa for many years, most recently at the helm of one of Nigeria’s largest construction companies. Fayez has since gone on to support a number of businesses as an internal team member in reviewing operations, developing business development plans and even representing companies in international markets when required. Fayez is an exceptional operational thinker and team builder, skills invaluable to all markets and sectors
Jordana Fawaz
Jordana Fawaz is a seasoned communications consultant, experienced in creating strategies that respond to the real needs of the business at hand. Having begun her career in London, developing consultancy tools and then going into communications, she later moved to the Middle East advising businesses across the MENA region. Past clients have included a variety of large international companies and regional businesses; such as British Airways, Dell, GSK, and Pfizer, to name a few. In more recent years, Jordana has been involved in wider business development planning both in the Middle East and the UK, having a particular passion for industry reviews, business design, opportunity anaylsis and strategic business research.
